- Guests should try and make bookings 2 weeks prior to trip.
- Advanced bookings are prefered due to busy schedules of guides.
- Waivers must be signed by all guests prior to trip.
- Transportation to staging or shop is the responsibility of guests.
- Transportation is available to shop/stagging by request prior to trip.
- Guests that distrupt the tour by stunting or dis-respectful behavior will be removed from tour.
- Rental customers that damage equipment are responsable for paying for parts, labour and shipping costs.
- Shipping costs may include: transporting to shop, ordering costs and administration costs.
- There may also be charges for down time due to delays in equipment usages.
- Equipment includes: ATV's, Snowmobiles, helmets, gloves, rain suits and goggles.
- Bookings must be a 25% pre payed Deposit at time of booking.
- Remainder of Booking paid in full 3 Business day prior to Date of Tour or Rental.
Cancelation Polocies
- Canceling a booking prior to 14 business days to the date of the trip: 80% Refund.
- Canceling a booking prior to 7 business days to the date of the trip: 50% Refund.
- Canceling a booking less than 2 business days to the date of the trip: 0% Refund.
These poicies are to protect our company from persons holding a spot and not honouring the booked date. We have in the past had lost tours and rentals due to cancelations with others wanting that date, eg. Long weekends and Holidays.
